Pregnancy and move over to alberta with a WP VISA from germany

Hello,
We are moving to Alberta (Calgary area) in March 2017 with a WP Permit Visa from Germany.
We are a family of three (30,29,3 years old).
My wife is pregnant and the estimated date of childbirth is in July 2017.
I`m not sure if the alberta health care insurance plan are covered my wife and our baby? Is the childbirth are covered as well?

Is she covered from the first day we arriving calgary? Or is she couvered after 90 days we arriving calgary?

Please reply, we need to plan our landing.

In Alberta as TFW's and family, you will have instant health coverage.
