Pre Feb 2008 applicants who are in settelment with CIC

As many of the pre 2008 applicant know, CIC has reached a settlement with lawyers in the last few weeks to process those files which are still open (not closed by S.87.3) within 300 days of discontinuing the lawsuit. If anyone included in such agreement has received the medical or saw any progress in his file, please comment here.
I Just wonder if CIC will hold to its promise,,,,,because I have been on this agreement for more than 60 days but I have not received my medical yet. Many are like me too

brother,as many forum members have "Decision Made",do u think that their files are also apart of this agreement???,and currently ur status is inprocess or DM?

My status is in process
and I think all those who had decision made before medical will defiantly be rejected.

They used the word process and refused the word finalize completely. I know what you mean and off course I have doubts that CIC will really commit to its promise
