Hi I applied for my husband in June 2020 he had his interview on Monday April 19th and got pre arrival the next day but we haven’t received the decision made on ECAS is this good news that he passed the interview?

I would say yes pre arrival normally mean eligibility is pass meaning the relationship is genuine
