Hi I have applied for my PR from India in Sep 2018 and was granted a Visitor visa to Canada later .Now iam currently residung with my husband(who is a PR holder) in CanadaI have recently received the invitation for Pre arrival to Canada am I still eligible to avail the servies as iam now in Canada ?? Someone please clarify pleasee.
