Pre-arrival service .. but no medical test request?!?

Hello ..

my wife is sponsoring me from Canada , i live in KSA , I'm originally from Eritrea .. my papers are being processed by VISA office in Abu Dhabi .. i have received a pre-arrival service email back in January 2018.. but up to now still no request to do medical tests !!! ..

is this normal ??

application started in Nov 2014 ,, and resumed in Nov 2016 ..

online services appears to be in process ..

Thats good news. Have you called them? You also have to link your application online. Check ecas as well

Well .. i never tried calling them, plus i have been trying to link my application online many times since 2 weeks on daily basis but still not linking .. i tired all the methods i read here in all threads .. but i don't know why it is not linking , i thought maybe because all my applications was sent through courier !! but my Ecas still says in process since forever like this :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 16, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on November 20, 2014.

Are they going to ask me to do medical test !! or is there some exceptional cases ??
