Pre-arrival letter

Hi all,

Who knows how does it take to get letter of permanent residence from getting the letter of pre-arrival service. I had the pre-arrival service letter two weeks ago and now I get nothing after that.
Probably someone has experience in it.

The pre-arrival services letter is something that everyone gets and that has absolutely no impact on your application. You cannot use it as a measure of time because people get it randomly in their process. It doesn't mean anything, unfortunately.
