Hi all . I am currently awaiting on my appeal with the IRCC for failure to meet residency obligation . My appeal was received in Nov 2014 and I have been waiting since for the case date to be set . Last year I applied for a pr card after getting good advice from the forum . I was issued a 1 year PRC which is standard for those in the appeal process .
I am traveling home soon and my question has to do with returning to Canada . According to ENF 27 ,PRC holders of one year validity will be referred to secondary inspection on entering a Canadian port of entry . Any advice on precautions I should take ? Or anything I can expect ?
I will have my valid PRC ( obviously) , will walk with my letter acknowledging appeal was filed and also documents showing I was in Canada continuously since returning after I filed my appeal .
Appreciate any advice on this . Thanks
