sorry for the late reply to sniper but i haven't visited the website long time ago.
so as you said if i have canadian work exp. i can apply ander the canadian exp. class.is this right? anyway i'm a qualified teacher i applied for the PR befor and i was refused due to my medical condition. For today my health is ok. but probably i'm still in the system and they wouldn't believe that i'm fine. so again woul it be easier for me to apply under the canadian exp. class.

thanks anyway Jozsef

To qualify for CIC you must have two years of full time skilled work experience in Canada. You must either apply while you are still working in Canada or within one year of leaving your job in Canada. You must still pass a medical.

If you are able to pass your medical this time around,I don't see why it would be an issue. Here's hoping!
