Applied for my Canadian Citizenship already , AOR is May 2022 ,since i visit the USA 3 times a year family in Florida , im a PR that requires a visitor B1 visa to the us , since the Canadian citizenship application will take 27 months i decided to renew my 10 year h1/b1 visa to the USA expires soon , applied and i was waived for the interview location Toronto consulate, during the weeks it went into administrative processing , i never overstayed or commit any crime in Canada or USA ,then my application changed to in person interview , my home country passport was returned and the 5 month reaming visa stamped was "cancelled without prejudice " , it so happen that in-person usa visa interviews in downtown Toronto are well into the last quarter of 2023 , i got up early one morning last month and got a interview date this month. i know with the current processing times IRCC has for citizenship grant then passport 26 months now , that's why i renew my usa visa , has anyone went tru this in person interview being a PR in Canada to renew your H1/B1 USA vistor visa ?
