PR Visa PPR Request But wife gone to India

Hai All,

I got Passport Request for PR Visa Stamp,But wife gone to india for vacation. Howe ever she has sent her passport with known person.I have her passport with me.My question is can submit her passport along with mine.It will be any problem.Please urgent anyone can response....
