PR Visa Issue from Bangladesh VFS to Singapore VO Timeline

Dear Experts,

Hi I am a Canada EE PR applicant. Can anyone tell me how long does it take for VFS Bangladesh to complete the process of sending passport to Singapore Visa Office and have the PR Visa issued and return passport to VFS Bangladesh? Thanks in advance.
