Hi,
I have seen related queries being raised regarding the obligation after getting a PR from SK province. However i wanted some clarifications regarding the criteria for fulfilling my obligation to SK.
I have full plans of staying in SK for 2 years as long as i can take up contract work in SK or out of SK while maintaining residence and taxes in SK. Only as a last resort i will move out of SK if i am not allowed to pick up contract work. This is the reason i am not even looking at permanent work out of SK.

I am a SINP under Express entry program

1.If i maintain residence in SK and pay my taxes in SK then does that qualify against fulfilling my obligation under “intention to reside” in SK?

2. If i find contract work in another province, then travel back to SK at regular intervals BUT maintain my residence in SK, Bank in SK and Mobile in SK AND pay my taxes in SK - then does that qualify against fulfilling my obligation under “intention to reside” in SK?

3. For contract work in another province, i will of course pay some place to stay in that province but my main address and other utilities and personal tax will be in SK.
When i open a limited company to take contract work, it will be also based in SK and my company taxes will be paid in SK.
I will be taking the services of the qualified accountant in SK to handle my limited company accounts and taxation in SK.
Does that qualify against fulfilling my obligation under “intention to reside and settle” in SK?

4.I cannot find any job adverts for my skills in SK so far (a month) which is why i am opting to become a contractor so i can live in SK and pick up work in SK if it is there or in any other province.
Afterwards if i find the contract in SK i can pick that up.
Is this proof enough that i am living in SK?

Please clarify as there are different version on the forum CanadaVisa.
I will greatly appreciate your advice.
