PR under PNP/ Express entry

Hi
I am 36 years old
completed my double masters (M.Sc Maths) and MA English Literature
I have professional degree B.Ed
I have 14+ years of experience in teaching mathematics in high school.
I got band 7 in ielts. (Listening - 6.5, Reading - 8, Writing - 6.5 and Speaking 6.5)
Will it be possible to get PR at my age and with my profession?
