Hello group,

My name is Vignesh Iyengar and I have completed my 2 years of full time studies in Canada in 2015. Due to some technicality issue, my work permit had been rejected and am in Mumbai right now. So, can I get permanent residency under the express entry and am I eligible to apply now?

It's impossible for us to say. You'll have to read through the Express Entry program requirements to see if you meet the criteria to apply. You'll need to have at least one year of full time work experience. Also, as of now, no one with fewer than 450 points has been selected from the pool. In the last few draws, no one with fewer than 470 points has been selected. So whether you will be selected will also depend on the number of points you have.
