I have finished my post graduation from University of Calgary and currently working full time in Calgary, Alberta. I would like to apply for Canadian PR under provincial nominee class. I received my Alberta Provincial Nominee letter last week. I have been living in the province for almost 4 years now and I do have a valid post graduate work permit valid till Aug 2014. My question is, if I apply for Canadian PR under PNP class and have to change my province because of a better job opportunity during my PR application process time or after receiving my PR, would it revoke my PR in any case?

I will be eligible to apply for PR under experienced class in 3 months. Under which class should I apply for my PR?

Thanks,
Shirley

Hi Shirley

I am not sure about Canadian Experience class, but under provincial nomination you might get PR in less than 10 months.
I applied on 28 December via AINP and I am waitin for passport request from Visa office, So in my opinion apply via PNP but also double check with an expert.
Processing time on cic.gc.ca can give you some information regarding how long is the process.
