PR travel document question

Hello,
I recently got my PR and new SIN, I was applying for the PR Travel Document and one of the questions is asking for the SIN to collect data from Income Tax. My confusion here is that am I suppose to write my New SIN there or the Old one which started with 9xx, in order to complete my application
