PR Travel document from india

Hi ,
I became PR on 12th Nov-2015 and could spend only 5 days there as i got some emergency here back in India so needed to return. The condition of 730 days out of 5 years is still not completed and also not expired. It can be completed even now also.
Now I applied for PR Travel document from VFS office New Delhi on 12th Feb-2016 and its been more than 13 working days now.
Can somebody guide me on the normal processing time. On the website it shows 10 working days minimum however its been 13 now.
Also what are the chances of rejections. Are there any particular reason for rejection?? Do they give some chance for clarification or its only exparte decision??

Like you said minimum of 10 days, you may have to exercise some more patience, in my opinion, there is no hurry when dealing with any canadian government agency. I can only imagine what you are feeling, sorry!

Hi Mabertia,
Are there any ways to follow up with them. On VFS site it shows its still under process. Can we not do anything other than to wait!!!
Any idea on rejection chances and reasons...

Ideally , it is 2 to 4 weeks using VFS. Pls relax, it will come out soon.
