Hi, everybody!
I got a PR in January 14,2009 and it will be expired January 2014.
I have been living in the USA with my family since in January 2004.
My children are 21years old and 16 years old.
One is in the first semester of nursing program and the other is junior in high school.
My husband owns a small business in here in the USA, and I am in the clinical laboratory technician program.
I am going to graduate in 5 months (May 2012), but we have to be in Canada in order to maintain 2years PR obligation.
If I go to CANADA this month, we have no problem to PR, but as you can see, I can not move to there until Jun 2012.
I came here from Asia when I was 40 years old, and I started with ESL program to learn English. Now it is almost done by May
So we agreed to move there this summer. At that time PR would be valid but it can not satisfy the residency obligation.
Is there anyway to do something before 730days start?
Should I send any form of letter to the immigration office?
