PR - Requesting Information

All,

I am a PR of Canada and I heard from some of my friends that a PR doesn;t require visa to visit some countries due to a treaty signed b/w the nations. is that true ?

If yes, where do I find more information about the list of countries? Please assisst.

Aruba, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica,the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, South Korea and the Turks & Caicos Islands.
