Probably a stupid question but here goes:
Wife started a PR renewal app in Nov 2023. She never finished it but left Canada, had to apply for a PRTD and returned recently. She is looking to apply for a PR renewal now - is it OK to use the the old application that was started in Nov 2023 or is it better to create a new account and start over with a new application?
