PR Renewal

I got my PR in Mar 2013 and had been to Canada and activated the same.
Due to personal reasons never got to go back there and presently am in my last of the 5 year.

If I go now....can I renew from inside Canada...or should I apply for a new one right now....when my old is still active till Mar 2018

Any advice of suggestions....most welcome

do you mean your card is still valid until 2018? You'd have no problem entering Canada with that
