pr renewal status online :(

My PR renewal application was receieved 24 aug 2013
decision was made on oct 24 2013 - according to online status

I called Nov 12 to check if letter was mailed for pickup or was my card mailed. Now they say its been reviewed. Is this possible that after decision is been made my application is been reviewed again ?

CIC can review an application at any time including for quality assurance reasons. How many days did you declare? Do you work in Canada?

730 days.

It seems from this forum that applying with exactly 730 days can and does lead to further scrutiny especially if you also apply for 'urgent' processing. Not working in Canada (presumably you haven't as you did not respond on this) in addition appears to be yet another red flag. It might be prudent to prepare any documents you have as proof of physical presence in case CIC decide to RQ you.

I am a homemaker. I have 2 kids. Our PR cards are up for renewal in June 2014. I am planning to apply for renewal in January when we would complete about 750 days.

Is that a good time to apply in terms of days resident in Canada?

Since I do not work, do I need to provide evidence of stay in Canada? If so, what evidence?

My kids are at school and attend various extra curricular activities.
