My situation is that me and my mom have applied for PR renewal on humanitarian grounds on 22rd July 2010 and still have not recieved any reply from the immigration as yet. It has been nearly one month. How long is the pr renewal process going to take? why havn't they replied?
Our PR card expired 24th July 2010.
My mom has to go back to Pakistan due to some family matters and want to know what is the process?
Will she be able to come back when the new PR card is ready?
What will she have to do in order to re-enter canada?
Please tell me ASAP.
