PR Renewal - online portal reason returned missing photos

Submitted PR renewal via the online portal and I recently checked my application status it says the reason returned photos missing, and the action button can not be accessed. I did in fact submit photos to my application at the time of submission, should I submit another application or wait for a few days till the action button gets activated for further instructions?

Send a paper application next time.

I got the PR card in mail and the online status is still the same. There maybe some glitch in the system.
