PR renewal in case of less than five years case

Dear all,
I become a Permanent Resident on the 19th of January 2018. Now I want to renew my PR, so do I need to send supporting documents showing that I meet the residency obligation?

You should only apply up to 9 months earlyfor PR card renewal and would only really suggest applying that early if you’ve already met your RO.
