PR Renewal: how long between "card was sent by mail" and actually receiving it?

Hello, here is my timeline (physical application by mail):

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 4, 2023.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 28, 2023.
3. We started processing your application on August 28, 2023.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 31, 2023.

Today is September 19 and I still haven't received it in the mail.
How long did it take for you?
