In terms of personal history question on PR Renewal form I need additional space. Should I attach a new A4 page with the application form and write the History there?

Print from the form the page the contains the personal history again and continue on it

Do I mention in the box "PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHED"

Not necessary. Just put the pages togethers. For example, if the page you print again is page 3 and the form has 5 pages, then the order of pages will be 1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5
