PR Renewal - Divorce questions - seniors please suggest

Good day,

I am a Permanent resident from 2010.

Landed 2010 - Independent PR Ontario
PR Renewal - Feb 2015 Ontario
Divorced - Aug 2015 Ontario
Remarried - Dec 2015 Ontario
PR renewal - Early 2020 current PR date ends

All of this happened in Ontario. During my PR renewal do i need to mention all of this along with provide copy of divorce certificate or remarriage certificate. Please suggest.
