Hello. I’ve come here as I see many of you have helped others with advice and timelines. I submitted paperwork by mail for my PR card renewal in Sept 2021, sent to Sydney NS. I received an email saying they received it Sept 9 2021, started processing and Decision Made Nov 29/2021 (both same day). I have heard nothing since. It is well past processing times. I have called them and they don’t have a good answer, won’t even look up my account. I have emailed and they reply with general information.
I have also tried to link my application but keep getting an error. I have entered the information exactly as per the application.
Very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this sort of delay and frustration? I thought about contacting my MLA but don’t know if I should wait a bit longer. Thank you for any advise (or similarities) you might have.
