My sister in low is living in ontario, calgery, . Can she sponsor me for PR.
And also give me a information related to provience nomone program, .

Where is your sister living? Ontario or Calgary?

Generally it isn't possible to sponsor siblings, only under certain circumstances....

If you are orphaned, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship then your sister could sponsor you.


Or if you sister does not have a living spouse or common-law partner, child, parent, grandparent, etc. who could be sponsored and has no other living relatives in Canada.

What I said may not be true for the provincial nominee program. So it really depends on where you sister is living...

I got 5 band in each module in IELTS?
