Dear friends, please help me out.

I am Mary from London. I got PR visa in May 2011. I am the main applicant and my husband is a spouse. I have claimed four points for his education, then I was eligible to apply for Canada PR file.

I am very confused and tensed too. My question is that my husband wants to study in London for next two years and he does not want to come to Canada for two years and I am planning to move to Canada in August 2011. IS THERE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY PR STATUS IF I WILL GO TO CANADA WITHOUT HIM?????? (BECAUSE I HAVE CLAIMED 4 POINTS TO ELIGIBLE FOR PR ) HIS VISA WILL EXPIRED SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN? MY PR WILL REVOKED OR NOT?????

PLEASE HELP ME AND THANK FOR YOUR TIME MATE.

There is no problem because you are the principal applicant. You can land without your husband. Maybe he will come later and maybe not but once you have landed, this is not relevant to your PR any more.

You should however tell him that if he wants the PR, he should land too before his PR visa expires. He can go back to London afterwards and complete his studies. He will not lose his PR again until he has been outside Canada for 3 years.

I think Leon offers you the best advice. I would really consider having your husband land before his visa expires or you might have to go through some trouble in two years to get him here.
Good luck!
