Hi i am from delhi. I appliwd my PR under federal skilled workers list and according to agents direction i worked and after 2.5 years of waiting i got my PR rejected due to misrepresentation of facts and ban of 5 years in 2016 december.my query is now I m trying for stustud visa for new zealand.wat r da changes and wat shud

So you said you were working on your application when you weren't? I would think when you apply for permit in New Zealand they will know you got banned from Canada. Other than that, I don't know what you mean by 'wat r da changes and wat shud'

I want to tell that i got rejected due to misrepresentation of facts and ban of 5 years imposed on my application. Now i want to know if i apply for student visa in new zealand than wat are chances of success. Or wat we need to do now.

Yes you would have to tell them you got banned and that will seriously reduce your chances of getting a visa elsewhere.

This sounds like a New Zealand immigration issue, so probably better to find a site dealing with NZ and not CAnada.

You can apply again after your ban is up. Nobody knows your chances as we don't work for the CIC, but I wouldn't go back to the agent who told you to lie on your application. The next time do it yourself and answer everything truthfully.

Yes surely and u work there since how long in immigration.
