Hello All,
My PR was cancelled and marked as incomplete couple of weeks ago by IRCC stating that my wife's ECA was not for immigration purposes.
However, I had not claimed any CRS points based on my wife's ECA and I had mentioned it clearly in my LOE. I raised a webform to clarify this but still no reply from IRCC.
Meanwhile I created a new application for Express Entry (as my PR would be rejected anyway due to issues with my job offer letter) and got invited to apply for PR again.
Now, I am confused about what to mention for my wife's education history in the new PR application?
If I mention anything, they might ask again for ECA (even if I am not claiming any CRS point) like last PR application.
If I don't , then they will anyway get to know as I highlighted my wife's education history in a previous Express Entry application.
I am in a dilemma , could someone please help on this?
Note: My wife has Ayurveda degree so we are trying to apply ECA for immigration purpose through IQAS but its almost impossible to apply due to quota restrictions in IQAS.
Thank you!
