Why do they render decision when they are still in review of our additional documents,since we do not file any reconsideration.
Impossible to say. It may just be a glitch in the system showing review after the fact. Could be indicating your appeal. Did you check off automatic H&C consideration if refusal. That may be why. It is impossible to know without more information.
We only made an appeal to IAD, and maybe IAD advise IRCC to make any comments on our appeal. so when i visit my ircc portal it appears for review. We apply for H&C to IAD. But IAD and IRCC are different department, and if they render different decision which one will prevail.
Did you meet RO for 3 years when you sent in your EOI in 2020? How many years did you not meet LICO? What years? What year did you get selected to PGP? Are you currently employed and are you earning substantially more than LICO? For how many years?
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I did not meet all year because they considered my ex-wife an additional family member even though we were separated. Now, the application was transferred to H&C and sent to me PFL. Considering LICO hasn't met, which is likely imminent to refusal, IRCC give chance to reverse or convince for the application. Her situation is, she's living by herself back home, my sister is here and my father passed already. Her age is 71. so I need advice what possibly I cant attached as proof for this. I only need 15 days to submit.
No. I applied 2023 and considered income was 2020 2021 2022. Currently I was layoff but I am on recall sometime march 2025. But I am receiving EI for now
The LICO needs to be met for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and on until the application is approved.
Since you do not meet LICO, your application to sponsor is refused. EI is not considered as income in current year. So your income in 2024 likely won't meet LICO as well.
I am not sure how H&C for refused PGP is processed.
definitely, income is not met. It shifted to H & C because I checked the box if PGP is not eligible continue PR processing by choosing the H&C. I need some insights if ever those who are in the same situation, what documentation or supporting docs submitted to response PFL.
I would very strongly recommend hiring a lawyer to help you respond. The chances of approval in these situations are extremely extremely low and you'll want to personalize your response to the PFL.
