PR Refused. Please assist.

The officer said he does not think I perform the job duties as stated in the lead statement on IRCC webpage.
Honestly I'm familiar with NOC codes but the lead statement am not but I have figured out now after doing some research on IRCC website.

Please here's my question.

My job duties on my offer letter which was refused slightly match another NOC code but it missing some key duties as well.
Please I want truthful answer please this was the saddest new I got in life yet.
I read from the forum we can reapply again but my question is:
1.Can I change NOC code and add to my job duties?
2.Will it affect me in a way that IRCC will say im misrepresenting which is an offence.

Yes, that would be expected to correct the error from your first application. If you like, you can post your job duties and responsibilities here to get an opinion about the correct NOC.

2.Will it affect me in a way that IRCC will say im misrepresenting which is an offence.
Only if you are misrepresenting something. An error is not an attempt to deceive. Lots of people make mistakes and have to re-apply (and succeed).

I am looking to use 6222 now instead of 1225. 6222 matches most of my job duties but missing some key words.

Please assist me on how I could go about this.

It would help to have some more context about the kind of company you work for, but I would say your NOC matches 6222, not 1225.

NOC descriptions are horrible in some cases and some positions don't really have a NOC that matches perfectly. I would suggest you discussing this with your manager or HR to adapt the duties and description of the letter they provide for you to match the NOC you have selected.

I sort of had to do that for mine because none of the NOCs was a really good match.

In my case we paraprhased the duties described in the NOC and combined them with the duties provided by HR (which didn't actually describe my real duties)
