Hello,
My previous application was refused today as the immigration officer was not convinced with my work experience. I am already in canada on pgwp(expiring in may).
Is there anyway I can extend my work permit or get an lmia approved? Will the process refusal have any affect on the workpermit/lmia application?
Any help will be appreciated

You can't apply for an LMIA. However your employer certain can. If the LMIA is approved you can then apply for a closed work permit.

Try to find an employer who's willing to apply for your LMIA, then you can apply for another work permit as Sycella said (closed work permit) for now I believe your PGWP still valid

Sorry to hear that! Did you ever receive request for RPRF (in which it says you meet eligibility criteria)? How long after submitting your application was it denied?
