I received an ITA under STEM draw in 2024 however they didn't accept my foreign work exp from India since it didn't detail my job responsibilities. As a result, my PR application was refused saying they are not satisfied that I worked under the capacity I said I worked with the submitted docs.
Now I have tried my level best to obtain a job letter detailing responsibilities (including trying to obtain from colleagues) but haven't received it. I have other docs like my payslips, examples of work done during the time, my offer letter, confirmation letter, my relieving letter, a self certified copy of job responsibilities etc. (total around 33 documents which can prove I, infact, worked in the designated role).I sent all these as a webform for reconsideration but they rejected it saying "l am satisfied that there was no error in law and as such, will not be re-opening the application as refusal decision remains the same" (same agent signed the initial refusal and reconsideration).
Now I received another ITA yesterday again with the points after considering my foreign work exp. Will they accept the alternate docs as proof of my foreign work or will they reject this as well? My institution is a public sector bank and they did not issue any letter in the format IRCC requires even after multiple requests and follow ups.
Any help is appreciated..
