Hello, my PR application was refused after getting the invite. I have applied for reconsideration. Currently my work permit has expired. Can I still continue working with my BOWP?

If you have a BOWP already, you can continue working. But how have you managed to get it if you were refused after getting the invite?
I am on implied status for the BOWP. My work permit expired on feb 2025, luckily I was invited on the last the draw that happened in Feb 2025. I should’ve mentioned it clearly, will I be able to work on implied status of BOWP with my PR being refused?
So you don't have a work permit. Get ready that you will be refused eventually but you can work until a decision is made.
