PR Processing. need help please.

Hi. Im a filipino and a live in caregiver here in canada and i am about to apply for PR this coming july 2014. Im married in the philippines but me and my husband are not together anymore for a year now. We're not divorced nor annulled and does not have legal separation so my status is still married. Would that be possible that i won't include my husband in my application for PR? I need an advice. Thanx.

Yes you can include a letter that explains you are separated even though legally married on paper, and you understand that by not including him in the app he is barred from family class forever so can't be sponsored later after you get PR.
