If you are graduated with a 2 year diploma, you are supposed have a 3 years validity post graduate work permit. And about your LMIA, what type of NOC does it based on? If it is O, u gain 200 points, if it is A B, you gain 50 points

What about canadian experience class
It depends on your preference and situation as you got 2 options available. If you have 1 year Canadian work experience plus LMIA, for sure u gonna hit like crs 500+.If I were you, I would choose CEC. With a score like this, you get to decide when to enter the pool and get the invitation immediately, is just a matter of time. Also, may I know the remaining period of validity of you PGWP? If it is more than 1.5 years and you are not in a hurry to get invitation, wait for it.
