I'm having problems with this PR portal issue. I am the main applicant for permanent residence and I have dependents in the same application, however I have already received my ecopr and my dependents are listed on it, but my husband and children have not received it and are not even appearing on the pr portal screen. Would you like to know what to do in this case? Detail my dependents are outside Canada.
