Hi guys,
How long do I have to wait in the Permanent Resident Portal? I've submitted my PR Renewal application through the portal on April 5th, 2023, it's been over a month and yet still in the "submitted" status, haven't received any emails or mails regarding updates? Is this normal?
Also I've sent a webform to IRCC regarding a minor change in my PR renewal form, I've sent that webform around 10 days ago and still haven't received any messages back, is this normal?

Could be impacted by the strike aftermath. Wait a week & call them if nothing. Good Luck

My wife submitted hers February 9th 2023 and to this day nothing. Raised a webform recently and got a reply maybe 4 or 5 days ago saying they are doing their best to process as fast as possible and that was it.

I don't remember exactly how many days but it was less then a week

Update, my wife finally received her pr card in the mail today. Her online portal account still says in progress and we never received any email or updates. Her processing time is February 9th 2023 till may 17th 2023

How long did it take your wife's status to turn from "Submitted" to "Progressing"? And how long did it take to get AOR?

Sorry, I meant to say her online application still says submitted. She never got an AOR or any correspondence at all besides for a webform last week that only said they're processing applications as fast as possible

Yes, they returned my application second time saying Picture is not in the correct format

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an ecorp and PR card after a decision is made?

My application status changed to decision made 2 days ago, but I haven't gotten any emails or information about it.

Can I ask - if you started your application online, then choose to send in a paper copy do you start at the back of the Queue again? I had thought applying online would be faster but now having photos rejected twice I'm thinking I should submit a paper copy. Just wondering what influenced your decision, and where the paper copy is sent (e.g., do they process in Ottawa and then have to send to Nova Scotia for photo processing?)
