PR portal credentials not received

Received email asking for information - 13th June 2024 (replied on the same day)
Didn't received log in details for the PR portal (as mentioned in the 1st email that it would be provided by IRCC)

I replied again on the 1st email, still no answer. What should i do in this case?

it will be provided on the PORTAL 2 email after they make your credentials.
