PR Portal confirmation

Hello, Question for experts.

Received the PR portal confirmation so in order to complete the process, I was first asked to declare I'm in Canada... then will be able to complete the following steps..
But I'm temporary visiting outside of CA with my refugee travel document and won't be able to come back until Feb.
So what should do? Although I do reside in CA with same address.

You have to wait until you have returned to Canada before you can complete the landing steps.
