Pr planning to come back from india

One of my known is in India,holding pr card and after month planning to come back by 20th sep.please provide info will the rt pcr of india ll be accepted in Canada and what are other requirements before arriving?

Currently Canadian govt is not accepting RT-PCT test which are conducted in India, so the traveler need to take test in 3rd country.
