Pr photo issue

Hi,
My husband received a mail regarding photo for required to issue pr is incorrect and asked to resubmit again, but nothing mentioned about my photo.

Do we need to submit photo for both of us or just his photo, who is an primary applicant.

Pls share, if anyone has details.
