Greetings everyone:

I was fortunate and got a job offer from an employer.
I am applying through the EMPP, However, I need clarification on few points please from experienced members here, to avoid misrepresentations which will lead to sever consequences if happened.

Those details might seems basic, but I am concerned about them, I want everything to be absolutely perfect and correct right from the first attempt.

Although I read the instructions available on the IRCC Website throughly, I cannot determine the following:

1. The naming rule for the files to be attached to the application, which way should it be?
For example:

[John Smith ] – IMM 0194 – Document Checklist Federal EMPP

Or

John Smith – IMM 0194 – Document Checklist Federal EMPP

2. For any document that is not mentioned in the additional supporting documents ( for example If I want to upload my passport or identity documents ) What is the naming rule of them should be?

3. I got a bit of confused regarding the photo specification, I already reviewed the IRCC Rules online regarding them:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-card/apply-renew-replace/photo.html

However, most of the tutorials online that I watched shows two identical photos next to each other, if a member can post an actual photo of their PR Application showing where the writing is located on the BACK Of the photo and how its applied, I would really appreciate it, again, youtube tutorials only show two identical photos next to eaxh other without writing.

4. For any fields in the forms that I will be filling up, if something dosent apply to me, shall I write N/A Or leave the filed empty, which rule shall I follow?

Anticipating your kind update.
