we have all our documents uploaded, all of the form questions answered, green checkmarks all over the place. When we proceed to "transmit and pay" we get hit by the following.

This has been happening for 2 days now. Tech support autoresponse says they will get back to us within 10 business days. Our ITA should expire in 5 business days from now.
Has anyone had issues like this before? If so what happens next?
One other weird thing, the ITA letter we received says that our 60 day period expires on December 19, however, in MyCiC it says "Days left to apply 25" as of today. :'(
Are they working on any updates to the site? I cannot find any information anywhere. Could not get anyone on the phone today either.
