PR payment page error - Cannot submit application

Hi all,
we have all our documents uploaded, all of the form questions answered, green checkmarks all over the place. When we proceed to "transmit and pay" we get hit by the following.

System-generated error code:OKW6GV38 (2016-12-10 00:35:38)

Possible reasons::

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

This has been happening for 2 days now. Tech support autoresponse says they will get back to us within 10 business days. Our ITA should expire in 5 business days from now.

Has anyone had issues like this before? If so what happens next?

One other weird thing, the ITA letter we received says that our 60 day period expires on December 19, however, in MyCiC it says "Days left to apply 25" as of today. :'(

Are they working on any updates to the site? I cannot find any information anywhere. Could not get anyone on the phone today either.

Delete your Education History in the form and update it again. It should work

I just did that and something did happen. Now I got an additional set of required documents (Transcripts) and it's saying that a Letter of Explanation is also required, which is weird to say the least.

I will get the transcripts on Monday, and hopefully that does it. If that turns out to be it, I owe you one.

HI i'm facing the same issue right now. How did your's work? And after how many days did you update your work history?
