Dear sir , please suggest , I am doing job since 2008. I have much experience in warehouse field upto 9 years. during this I was not done of higher education study. My last qualification is only 12th. But now I have started one year course from the LPU university of Punjab in distance learning course DCA.
My blood relative are also settleed in Manitoba Canada. So please suggest after completed one year course from the university can I apply for PR through my my blood relative.
