I have submitted my PR non express entry online application on dec 19th without PCC. But I have attached the explanation letter for my delay. Would there be any issues with that. Can someone please help me answer this question.

I know it's too late to respond to this, But how is you application ? Did you get approval my Friend has same scenario and I have little different scenario.
